RedAnt Display and Colour Settings

RedAnt Display and Colour Settings

RedAnt does not provide an option to directly change the font size within the application. While some colour settings can be customised, text size is controlled by Windows.

If you would like text and interface elements to appear larger or smaller in RedAnt, you can adjust the Display Scale setting in Windows. This increases or decreases the size of text and applications without reducing image quality.

Method 1: Open Display Settings from the Desktop

  1. Right-click on an empty area of your desktop.
  2. Select Display settings from the menu.

Method 2: Open Display Settings using Windows Settings

  1. Press Windows + I on your keyboard.
  2. Select System.
  3. Click Display.

Change the Display Scale

  1. Scroll down to the Scale & layout section.
  2. Click the drop-down menu next to Scale.
  3. Select your preferred scaling percentage:
    • 100% (default)
    • 125%
    • 150%
    • 175%
    • Other available options depending on your screen

The change will be applied immediately, and text throughout Windows, including within RedAnt, will appear larger or smaller accordingly.

Changing Colours in RedAnt

Although the font size cannot be changed within RedAnt, users can customise certain colour settings.

To change your colour preferences:

  1. Open RedAnt.
  2. From the main menu, select Maintenance.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Open User Settings.
  5. Review the available colour options and make your preferred changes.
  6. Save your changes.

Please note that available colour settings may vary depending on your version of RedAnt and your user permissions.
