Changing and Updating Work Centre Rates

  1. From the Main Menu, navigate to Modules > Maintenance > Work Centres.

  2. Locate the Work Centre you want to update and click Edit.

  3. Update the required Rate field.

  4. When you save the change, the system will display the following warning:

    WARNING: These changes CANNOT be undone. Change Setup / Cycle Rate for ALL Process Plans?

  5. Choose one of the following options:

    • YES: Updates the rate for all processes associated with that Work Centre, including both current and historical process plans. This action cannot be undone.
    • NO: The new rate will only be applied to newly created processes. Existing and historical process plans will remain unchanged.

Important

Updating a Work Centre rate can have a significant impact on costing and reporting data. If you select YES, the new rate will be applied to all associated process plans, both current and historical, and the change cannot be reversed. Ensure the new rate has been verified before proceeding.
