Adding Terms and Supporting Documents in RedAnt

RedAnt allows you to attach terms and conditions and additional supporting documents to outgoing emails, such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders. Follow the guidelines below to configure these documents.

Adding Sales and Purchase Terms

To include terms and conditions with your documents:

  1. Create a document containing the required terms using a word processor.
  2. Save the document using one of the following file names:
    • salesterms.pdf (for sales documents such as quotations and invoices)
    • purchaseterms.pdf (for purchase orders)
  3. Place the file in the following directory:
    RedAnt\Reports

When an email is generated within RedAnt, the relevant terms document will be automatically attached.
The attachment will be visible in the Files section of the email window.

Adding a Quotation Support Document (Optional)

You can also include an additional document to enhance your quotations as a sales and marketing tool.

Steps:

  1. Create a document that promotes your business, for example:
    • Company news
    • Service capabilities
    • New equipment or technology
  2. Save the file as:
    quotedocument.pdf
  3. Place the file in the same directory:
    RedAnt\Reports

This document will be attached to quotation emails, providing customers with useful updates and promotional information
